This is something I've been working on and perfecting over the last few months. If you like stir-fry's this is something that could work for you.
I take one chicken breast cut in bite-size pieces and my curry sauce, when that's done I separate it into 2-4 portions. I take one of those portions and put in the skillet with some water, then add lots of veggies. Once that is cooked I portion it out again, take one of those portions and put in in the skillet again and add black beans. Then I repeat the process again and add 1 cup noodles/pasta. Eat my portions on a saucer rather than a full size plate.
You should be able to get up to 12 meals from this.
